*IRPF (INCOME TAX) DEDUCTIONS
In Spain, individuals can deduct up to 80% of donations of up to €150 per year from personal income tax (IRPF) and 30% on amounts that exceed the first €150 per year. If you have donated an amount equal to or greater than the previous year, this deduction that exceeds €150 increases to 35%.
Legal entities (companies or organizations) can deduct 35% of the amounts donated from Corporate Tax. If the company has donated an amount equal to or greater than the previous year, this deduction increases to 40%.
In order to deduct your tax, once the donation has been made, you have to send us the proof of the donation and your information (Full Name, Address and ID) to tesorero@checkpointcanarias.com. In this way we can inform the Treasury of the donation made.
No data will be sent from any person who does not explicitly request it.
